Born Mario Ranno, he developed his passion for music from a young age listening to his father, singer Stefano Biondi, and later made his stage name a tribute to him.
Mario's wealth of experience has made him the great artist he is today. A lover of soul music, in 1988 he began supporting international artists including the legendary Ray Charles.
Mario has collaborated with artists such as Burt Bacharach, Chaka Kahn, Michael Bolton, Incognito and The Crusaders.
A busy schedule of international concerts has been confirmed for 2024–2025 in various countries: Spain, Germany, Portugal, Hungary, Uzbekistan, Morocco, Australia, Ethiopia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Croatia, Latvia, Azerbaijan and Monaco, with a concert in Prague on March 20, 2026.
